Rob joined Associated Steel Group as President and CEO in 2022. He has over 30 years of leadership experience in operational and commercial roles across the truck, automotive, heavy equipment, and oil and gas industries. Rob focuses the organization on growth, continuous improvement, and serving customers.

Thomas Mayne

Thomas joined Associated Steel Group in 2020 and serves as Vice President of Finance, overseeing the company’s finance, accounting, and compliance functions. He focuses on building strong financial operations that support long term growth and help ASG remain a reliable, value driven partner for its customers.

Donald Key

As Vice President of Sales, Don oversees sales functions and the pipeline process for Associated Steel Group and Alliance Steel. A 40 year steel industry veteran, including 30 years at Alliance, Don works to maintain the trust and confidence behind the company’s longstanding customer partnerships.

Keith Shedd

As Chief Engineer, Keith oversees engineering practices for Associated Steel Group and customer facing project integration. He develops the engineering team, systems, and processes while helping customers achieve their goals through quality design. Keith is a certified Professional Engineer and has been with ASG since 2003.

Bobby Rockers

With 25 years in information technology, Bobby has worked as a technician, developer, engineer, executive, entrepreneur, and educator. Since 2024, he has led ASG’s digital transformation as CIO, driving automation and innovation to keep ASG and its partners efficient in an increasingly digital marketplace.

Joseph Balla

Joseph joined ASG as Human Resources Manager in 2022 and became Director of Human Resources in 2023. He leads the Human Resources department, including legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy.
